HP60 and HP901 can also be used on this sprayer
As you can
see we have added a new top plate and rubber
pads to seal the bottom of the cartridge at the
last stage of cleaning. Using hot or cold water
and without the top plate on, spray clean the
foams within the cartridges. After the foams
have been cleaned add the top plate and black
plastic nuts. (Snug tighten only.) This will
clean the filters, the chimney tube and nozzle.
This added top plate feature will also give you
the ability to see how the water is exiting
through the cartridge nozzles showing you if all
the nozzle holes are clear. This new sprayer has
the ability to thoroughly clean your cartridges
from foam to nozzle. The body of these sprayers
are made of a space age material called Delrin
and with the needles being made of stainless
steel you can see that we designed these
sprayers for long lasting, heavy use without
giving you the problems such as rusting or
deterioration. The flexible stainless hose has
an adjustment knob that allows you to get the
perfect amount of water for each job. As you see
below we have foam sprayers for just about all
the popular cartridges and we can make
specialized types to meet your needs. We are a
machine shop that designs and builds all of the
equipment you see on our WEB site and having
this ability allows us to sell direct to you for
less.
